Using the service
Scenic Drives helps people discover and create Drives, save places, record journeys and organise a personal Garage. The service is operated by Kamil Maliszewski. You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Drive responsibly
Routes and community information can be incomplete or out of date. Always follow local laws, road signs, access restrictions and actual conditions. Plan routes and operate your phone only when safely parked. Never use Scenic Drives to race, measure competitive road performance or organise dangerous or unlawful driving. The service is not an emergency service.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features and sharing choices you use. Upload only content you have the right to share. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
Community standards
Follow our community guidelines. Harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, illegal content, impersonation, spam and promotion of dangerous driving are prohibited. We may restrict content or accounts to protect members or respond to violations. Contact support to report a problem or ask for a review of a decision.
Availability and changes
The app is in development. Features and platform availability can change. We do not promise that every road, route, place or feature will always be available. Store download links will be published when releases are available.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
